Top garden award for North Queensferry primary kids
1 NovemberPupils at North Queensferry Primary School are set to be rewarded for their green-fingered gardening work, with a top horticultural award.
The school has been working through the Royal Horticultural Society's benchmark scheme to get schools gardening over the last two years.
This hard work saw the school achieve level five of this scheme, the top level in September, making North Queensferry the first school in Fife to achieve this award and only the fourth in Scotland.
North Queensferry Primary will be presented with the Level 5 award on Friday 3 November 2011 by a representative from RHS at a tree planting ceremony in the school grounds.
Congratulations to everyone at the primary! Post your comments and messages here on s1northqueensferry
