New committee members join up for North Queensferry Gala

There was a good turnout for the AGM of North Queensferry Gala this week, with the committee now having a whopping 20 members to take the gala forward.

The new committee has a couple of dates for your diary already organised

Christmas Shopping Fayre at Queensferry hotel – Wednesday 30th November 2011
Sponsored cycle Edinburgh to Aberdeen 11th - 13th May 2012
Gala week 16th - 23rd June 2012
Gala day 23rd June 2012

The committee also wants to put together a North Queensferry recipe book so are on the look out for all your trusted and favourite recipes. These can either be handed to Linda Whidett or emailed to northqueensferrygala@hotmail.com

The committee are still looking for Friends of the Gala so all those wishing to help out please make yourself known so we can keep you informed of coming events.
