  • Callum Clark has won his sport's top award - a black belt

A North Queensferry Primary pupil has written his very own 'Karate Kid' story - and has won the sport's top award - the black belt at the age of just eight.

Callum Clark started the sport aged three, and trains at up to five classes per week to perfect his skills.

The youngster is following in his family's footsteps as the third member of his clan to achieve a black belt, after dad Iain and older brother Ross.
